ED4LIFE  TUTORING GRANT

Prospective applicants will submit to the foundation the following items for consideration for grants.

K-8th grade

1. Recommendation from school (Classroom teacher or Principal)
2. Copy of most recent report card of academic progress
3. Validation of home address (Utility bill, phonebill, parent driver license)

Awarded students will be notified after selection process. Awards will vary from $500- $5000 per student household.

9 – 12th grade

1. Act/sat scores
2. 2 teacher recommendations
3. 700 word essay explaining need, and why a degree will help them.
